This week I have been working very hard to emphasize to Landon the importance of sharing and being kind to friends. As we go to more and more playdates, birthday parties, and even the pool, he has more situations in which he needs to share. And happily, more occasions to practice sharing.
Today at lunch he brought one of his toy trucks to the table with him. My heart was bursting with pride when he decided to share with his tow truck! Of course, the truck didn't "take" the food that Landon offered him, even after Landon thoughtfully broke the food in half. So, Landon settled on opening up the truck cab door and stuffing the food in that way. Problem solved!
It was very much a "Baby Whisperer" moment for me. Gotta hold onto those when you can get them!
